By making a purchase from, and using, this website you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU and Cyprus law.
Once we have received your order and payment, we will send an electronic invoice to your email address as confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct email address when placing your order.
We recommend that you keep this email, as it also serves as proof of purchase for any future customer service request.
Our checkout page is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS. You can pay securely using major credit or debit cards. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor; herbolistique.cy does not store your full card details on its own servers.
This website does not add any surcharge for card payments. However, your own bank or card issuer may apply a fee depending on your card agreement. If payment is not received after you submit your order, we may automatically cancel it.
Coupon codes must be entered during checkout to be valid. A code not entered at the time of purchase will not be honoured retroactively.
All prices shown on herbolistique.cy include VAT for orders delivered within the European Union, charged at the rate applicable to the delivery country in accordance with EU VAT rules for distance sales.
For orders shipped outside the EU, VAT is not charged, but the shipment may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or other local taxes imposed by the destination country. These are your responsibility as the recipient. We have no control over these charges, as they vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before ordering.
Orders placed using another person's payment or personal data without their consent will be blocked and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on the website. If an order was placed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the purchase and refund any amount already paid.
If a product has been discontinued or is out of production after you have ordered it, we may cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid. Where possible, we will let you know about an equivalent or substitute product.
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and a separate statutory legal guarantee of conformity for a minimum of 2 years on all products.

We ship worldwide, in cooperation with postal and courier services. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact our customer care team. This does not affect your right of withdrawal under Section 7 if the order does eventually arrive.
We aim to make our product images and descriptions as accurate as possible, but errors may occasionally occur, and product images should be treated as illustrations, actual colour may vary depending on your screen. We reserve the right to update prices, product assortment, and related information at any time.
